What data we collect

When you join the Omnio waitlist we collect your email address. We collect nothing else: no name, no phone number, no payment information. We also collect anonymous analytics data as described in the Analytics section below, which contains no personally identifiable information.

Why we collect it

We collect your email address solely to send you updates about Omnio's launch and early access availability. We will never use it for any other purpose. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form.

How we store it

Your email address is stored securely using Mailchimp, a trusted email marketing platform. Mailchimp is UK GDPR compliant and stores data on secure servers. As a US-based company, Mailchimp may transfer your data outside the UK. This transfer is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you request deletion, until Omnio launches and you choose not to join, or after 24 months, whichever comes first. We will not retain your data longer than necessary.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Request that we restrict processing of your data
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests

To exercise any of these rights email hello@joinomnio.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Third parties

We use Mailchimp to store and send emails, and Vercel to host this website and collect anonymous analytics. These are the only third parties we work with. We do not sell, share or transfer your personal data to any other third party for any purpose.

Cookies

This website uses a single functional cookie to remember whether you have accepted or declined this cookie notice. This cookie is strictly necessary for this cookie banner to function correctly and does not track you across other websites. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Analytics

This website uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous visitor data including page views, referral sources, device types and approximate country. Vercel uses your IP address only to determine approximate location and does not store it. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely to understand how visitors interact with the site.
